Design &
Pre-Construction Collaboration
TANTI works with construction managers and design teams during pre-construction to review finish specifications, propose practical alternates, and align material choices with budget and performance requirements.
The design intent is respected while technical tolerances, durability, and lifecycle costs are reviewed with the development team. Material submissions, alternates, and scheduling are managed as part of the contract, not as an afterthought.
Integrated Substrate Levelling
Substrate levelling is one of the most critical components of long lasting flooring installation. TANTI integrates levelling and flooring within the same crews, eliminating tolerance disputes, callbacks, and delays. Because the installers performing the flooring are responsible for the substrate preparation, standards are clearly understood and executed correctly. That responsibility stays with one team. This reduces rework, improves schedule flow, and prevents the conflicts that occur when levelling and flooring are handled by separate trades.
Wood & Resilient Flooring
TANTI supplies and installs hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), sheet vinyl, and other resilient systems suited to high-rise and mid-rise residential projects. Selection is not based on appearance alone.
The team works with the design group to protect the visual intent while reviewing wear conditions, warranty requirements, and budget constraints with the developer. The result is a finish that presents well at turnover, performs under daily use, and stays aligned with the project budget.
Carpet &
Soft Surfaces
Broadloom and carpet tile systems are installed across residential towers, amenity spaces, and commercial interiors where acoustic performance, durability, and finish quality are paramount. In multifamily projects, corridor carpet and suite applications are coordinated around phased turnovers. In higher-end residential work, product selection balances texture, appearance, and budget without compromising long-term wear.
Interior & Exterior Hard Surface Systems
Tile and specialty surface work is delivered through Bridgewater Surfaces. That includes tile, natural stone, large-format slab installations, exterior pavers, pedestal systems, and architectural cladding.
Surface preparation, waterproofing, and layout for complex earthquake-rated assemblies are managed within their scope. Together the companies provide coordinated interior and exterior surface delivery without splitting responsibility between separate trades.
Industrial & Commercial Surfaces
For commercial and institutional environments, TANTI installs sheet vinyl, cove base systems for healthcare applications, concrete finishes, epoxy coatings, and rubber athletic flooring. These scopes require strict tolerance control and coordination with other trades, particularly in healthcare, office, and amenity spaces.
