TANTI Interiors works primarily on mid and high-rise multi-family, commercial, and institutional developments across BC.

The company installs hardwood, resilient flooring, sheet vinyl, tile, hard surfaces and carpet, supported by in-house substrate levelling. Countertops and shade systems are coordinated under the same contract, so developers are not chasing multiple surface trades across the site.
Surface Coordination
From pre-construction material review through final warranty support, TANTI manages surface scopes directly and keeps communication clear between the project team and site trades. As a Bridgewater Surfaces company, TANTI extends the group’s capabilities into full interior finish coordination.

Early Review
In most projects, involvement starts early, often before materials are released for order. The team reviews finish schedules and inspects the substrate to confirm tolerances before levelling begins.If correction is required, it is handled within TANTI’s own scope. That early review prevents rework once finish materials arrive on site.
Direct Coordination
With levelling, flooring and hard surfaces, countertops, and shades managed under one contract, billing remains consolidated and communication stays direct. Coordinated scheduling keeps work moving, and issues are resolved on site rather than passed between separate trades.
